Inclusion Social Ratings is thrilled to announce that Réseau Interdiocésain de Microfinance (RIM Rwanda) has been awarded a GOLD level Client Protection Certification.
RIM Rwanda’s mission is “to provide inclusive and sustainable financial services that improve the socio-economic well-being of low-income populations, particularly in rural areas.”
Achieving the GOLD level represents the highest level of recognition under the Client Protection Certification framework and signifies full compliance with all applicable Client Protection Standards. This distinction reflects the institution’s strong commitment to client-centric values, transparency, and responsible financial service delivery.
The certification was conducted in accordance with the Client Protection Pathway Methodology developed by CERISE+SPTF, and aligns with the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management.
This achievement positions RIM Rwanda among leading institutions globally that uphold the highest standards of client protection and social performance.
