Achieving the BRONZE level indicates that FINCA Zambia meets the essential requirements of the Client Protection Standards and demonstrates a strong commitment to responsible financial services. It reflects meaningful progress in aligning its operations with the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management.
The certification process follows the Client Protection Pathway Methodology developed by CERISE+SPTF and is fully aligned with the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management framework.
This milestone highlights FINCA Zambia’s ongoing efforts to strengthen client-centric practices and enhance transparency, fairness, and protection for its clients.
