Inclusion Social Ratings takes great pleasure to announce that FINCA Malawi, who is part of FINCA Impact Finance (FIF), a worldwide network of leading microfinance institutions, was awarded a SILVER level of Client Protection Certification.
FINCA Malawi’s mission is to end poverty through sustainable and scalable solutions driven by the insights and needs of people in the communities where they live and work.
Achieving the SILVER level signifies that the MFI has satisfactorily met all entry and progressive criteria for ensuring client protection, while also demonstrating advancement towards adopting higher – level practices in this regard. The certification process adheres to the Client Protection Pathway Methodology developed by CERISE+SPTF and aligns with the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management.
