Inclusion Social Ratings takes great pleasure to announce that Spectrum Credit Zambia Limited, a credit only micro-finance institution which provides financial services across products, civil servant loans, secured asset finance and SME lending and insurance, was awarded a SILVER level of Client Protection Certification.
This achievement signifies that the MFIs have satisfactorily met all entry and progressive criteria for ensuring client protection, while also demonstrating advancement towards adopting higher – level practices in this regard. The certification process adheres to the Client Protection Pathway Methodology developed by CERISE+SPTF and aligns with the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management.
