Director – Social Analysis
Tavonga is Director of Social Analysis and brings his extensive experience as a financial analyst to Inclusion, having worked as a Credit Analyst at the largest African-based credit agency where he managed a risk analysis portfolio of clients and conducted risk assessments on African financial institutions and corporates. He is recognized by the CERISE+SPTF as an Approved Lead Certification Analyst in their Client Protection Certification Pathway and is a Microfact Certified MFI Performance Evaluator.
Tavonga holds a BSc in Financial Sciences from the University of Pretoria and a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting, as well as a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analysis (FMVA) Certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute.
