Regional Manager – Central Asia
Nurjana is an experienced social and financial analyst who heads Inclusion’s activities in Central Asia. As Regional Manager, she oversees our marketing and analytical projects in the region. With over 15 years of experience in the area, her extensive experience in microfinance and banking in the Kyrgyz Republic (Central Asia), as well as international experience in inclusive ratings and certification brings to Inclusion a vast and relevant expertise. She has held the positions of Regional Manager for Central Asia, the Caucasus, Russia, Mongolia and Afghanistan at MFR and in financial analysis and advisory at Kompanion Bank, Finca Bank and ATF Bank. She has conducted financial ratings, social audits and client protection certifications in numerous countries within the region.
Nurjana holds a Masters degree in Economics from the Kyrgyz Economic University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the American University of Central Asia. She is also a Certified Accounting Practitioner (CAP) and can communicate in Russian and English.
