Technical Advisor in Morocco & Francophone Africa
Khadija is an Independent Consultant and Trainer in the Microfinance sector, advising financial institutions and conducting workshops for MFIs, Micro-Enterprises and Cooperatives. She has also delivered trainings on financial education, Principles of Client Protection, Universal Standards of Social Performance. She has extensive experience in conducting diagnostic self-assessments and supported assessments as a SMART Certified Trainer and Evaluator.
Khadija graduated in Economics from Hassan II University of Casablanca, and holds a degree in engineering from DAFCO, Montpellier. She speaks Arabic, French and English.
Khadija joined Inclusion [Social Ratings] in 2020 as a Technical Advisor for Francophone & Northern Africa, bringing her vast experience in the region and within the microfinance and social enterprise sectors.
