In this article, El País Newspaper tells the story of Jessica Hernández, a 28 year old Colombian woman, who discovered microcredits during an entrepreneurship workshop. The access to a small amount of capital helped her to develop her washing machine rental business. Last March, Jessica told her story to the United Nations.
