Mohammad is a social performance specialist with professional training in microfinance, who has worked for the representative body of the microfinance sector in Palestine, responsible for defining the strategy of the microfinance sector in the country, as well as participating with different stakeholders in the design and implementation of the first project of the national financial inclusion strategy.
Between 2017 and 2019, Mohammad worked in social performance management for Palestine for Credit and Development – FATEN, a leading MFI in Palestine. He has led the implementation of the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management (USSPM) and participated in the consolidation of social indicators at the country level for financial institutions.
Mohammad joined Inclusion [Social Ratings] in 2020 as Technical Advisor for the MENA region. He holds a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration. Mohammad has cultivated solid microfinance training, management skills, financial analysis and has developed and maintains strong business relationships in the Arab region and the international community.
