In October, Santiago Arnaudin and Ana de Miguel, directors of Social Analysis and Europe, Inclusion [Social Ratings], held a two-day workshop at Microwd’s headquarter’s in Madrid. Microwd is a crowdlending platform that promotes the creation of small business in Nicaragua.
The focus of the workshop was on the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management, understanding Microwd’s current SPM practices, and its opportunities for improvement.
The workshop was very well received, and its CEO, Alejandro de León, thinks it will help them improve the company in the next five years.
