In August, we announced the release by the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) of three Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Snapshots on Lagos, Abuja, and Accra. (In case you missed it: Newsworthy August)
ANDE has now announced an invitation for qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Kampala and one additional Ugandan region with a significant agricultural economic sector.
