Moustapha has extensive experience in microenterprise development in West Africa, as well as having entrepreneurial experience in Western Europe. He has worked and acted as an advisor in a diverse range of industries from construction to the import-export of automotive equipment and crafts for micro-enterprises in Francophone Africa, where he advised on business plan development, sustainability and job creation.

His greatest strength is bringing to microfinance assessment his in-depth and practical experience in the development and assessment of entrepreneurial projects in West Africa. Moustapha has earned a Diplome Universitaire de Technologie in Chemical Engineering from the Ecole Superieure Polytechnique (ESP) – DAKAR (Senegal). He has also taken courses on Labor & Occupational Risk, and is currently studying for a post-graduate degree in telecommunications from the Open University of Catalunya (UOC).

He holds both Senegalese and Spanish nationalities and speaks fluent French, Wolof, Spanish, English and Catalan.
