Inclusion's Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) assessments focus on environmental, social and governance practices (performance) of a company.

These assessments provide key insights about the quality of ESG management, business culture, risk profile and other characteristics and will help investors identify companies that have superior business models.

Assessments include information related to the following dimensions:

'E-dimension' or environmental criteria looks at how a company performs as a steward of the natural environment;

'S-dimension' or social criteria examines how a company manages relationships with its employees, suppliers, customers and the communities where it operates;

'G-dimension' or governance looks at a company’s leadership, executive pay, audits, and internal controls, and shareholder rights.
